As per the reports and viral videos, the incident happened at Rohini Court No. 206, when Jitendra was to appear before the judge. The Special Cell of Delhi Police has faced two attackers and these attackers are being told of Tillu Tajpuria’s gang. Three people were killed and a woman lawyer was seriously injured in the firing. During this incident, 35-40 rounds were allegedly fired. After the terrifying incident, Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana has given a statement and said that the gangsters had been shot.

Two gangsters were arrived wearing law uniforms and three casualties were reported. There are a lot of videos that have been viral on social media and a shocked a lot of users online. During the firing inside the court, lawyers are seen creating a stampede among themselves to get out of the building. Gogi escaped from police custody for almost three months. At the time of his escape, he had a reward of Rs 4 lakh on his head.

Jitender and Kuldeep were bright students who are toppers of Delhi University. On 25 March 2021, they were arrested by the Special Cell from Gurugram. Later Kuldeep Fazza absconded from behind the bars, an officer of the Special Cell has issued a statement where he told that Jitendra Gogi has more than 50 contacts.

Police also arrested two members of the Tillu gang at the same time from Karala in Delhi for the murder of Nitesh as his Parvesh killed two members of the Tillu gang. Parvesh was in jail along with Jitendra Gogi for their alleged involvement in the murder.
